- Start Your Application
- Click “Apply Now” to access the Submission Portal.
- Click the green “Submit an Entry” button (top right).
- First-time users will need to register before accessing the form.
- Fill Out the Nomination Form
- Select your category from the dropdown.
- Answer 4–5 questions about your brand.
- Upload your presentation (please do not accept WeTransfer – submit viewable links only).
- Click Submit once you're done.
- Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
- Didn’t receive one? Your form might still be in draft – please check and submit. Need to make changes? Use the “Edit Here” link in the confirmation email.
5. Additional details - Deadline: All nominations must be submitted online byOctober 22, 2026. Submitting a form does not guarantee an award.
- Brands may enter multiple categories if eligible.
- Entries are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation. Our audit team may contact you to correct or complete information.
- Nomination fee
- Once nomination form/s has been submitted, a member from our awards team will get in touch to initiate the payment process.
- Each nomination is priced at 820 USD. This is an operational fee and does not guarantee an award.
- Payment can be made via payment link or bank transfer
The IMAGES RetailME Awards KSA Jury includes retail industry experts across the KSA region. Nominees are assessed purely on the basis of their responses in the submission form. The jury reserves the right to:
- Reassign nominations to more suitable categories
- Rename or merge award titles
- Drop categories with fewer than three valid entries (without prior notice)
Awards Gala
The official list of shortlisted nominees will be announced a few days prior to the event. Awardees will be honored at the IMAGES RetailME Awards KSA Ceremony on November 19, 2026 at the VOCO Hotel Riyadh.
The annual IMAGES RetailME Awards KSA, held alongside the Saudi Retail Forum (SRF), recognizes the achievements of retailers who have demonstrated the courage to innovate and bring forth new retail concepts and experiences, that are a big part of our world today, whilst building conversation within the retail space covering trends in the industry, predicting the scope of retail in the years to come, sprinkled with lots of new perspectives and thoughts.
